Sean Taylor, who tragically died earlier this year, was leading the league in interceptions at the time. That was enough to get him a spot in the pro bowl. For example, Taylor is the first player to be voted in post humously since 1986 when Pell Lindbergh was voted in to the NHL All-Star game after only playing in eight games.
